Golfers can choose a Monthly Membership option to train one-on-one with our golf fitness coaches (averaging 1 or 2 sessions per week) or our Program Design Track, which provides a detailed workout  plan and 2-3 Private Instructional Sessions, allowing the golfer to work out independently at their own club or home gym.  See the details of each option below:
